Payroll Tax Cut

"In two weeks, the payroll tax cut that has saved workers an average of $1,000 this year will expire -- unless lawmakers in the next few days do what both parties swear they want to do and extend it."

This quote is brought to us from CNN, and it means that, unless congress decides to extend the tax cut, you could end up paying up to $2,341 more a year. Bassically, its up to the congressmen to decide whether you should have to pay more or not. For those of you that don't know, $2,341 could buy you a really nice refrigerator and some fine cheese to put in it. For the full story and to see how much more you could end up paying, go to: http://money.cnn.com/2011/12/16/news/economy/payroll_tax_cut_impact/index.htm?hpt=hp_t1
Note from the blogger: I will update you on this as soon as I can, but seeing as I am going on a vacation for the next week and a half, updates may be scarce (that means there won't be many of them)
Thanks for reading,
